What you're buying

Tyde Wellness is a women's telehealth practice out of Massachusetts that bundles GLP-1 prescriptions with nutrition coaching, exercise plans and check-ins. The clinical entity is Tyde Medical Center LLC; Tyde Wellness LLC runs the non-clinical side. The site also sells hormone therapy, hair-loss treatment, sermorelin and NAD+, but the weight-loss program is the featured product.

On the weight-loss side there are two medications, compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, each offered in a microdose and a full-strength version, both as weekly injections. There is no oral GLP-1. The one oral tablet on the page is low-dose naltrexone, sold as a plateau add-on from $119 a month. The site does not sell brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound. Five compounding pharmacies are named on a dedicated page with addresses and phone numbers: Belmar, Casa Pharma, Olympia, Red Rock Home Pharmacy and Beaker.

The program itself comes in three tiers. Transform is the full-strength medication plan with the most coaching, Balance is the microdose plan, and Thrive is coaching and peptides with no weight-loss medication at all. Which tier you land in is decided on the consultation.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

Here is the problem. When we read the weight-loss page in August 2026, the only prices on it were "Starting at $149/month" for semaglutide and "Starting at $249/month" for tirzepatide. That is a floor, not a price. The site does not publish what a full-strength dose costs, whether the microdose and full-strength tiers are priced differently, or what the Transform and Balance memberships run. A $50-off-your-first-month banner was up the day we looked.

What the membership terms do say is how you are billed. You authorize a recurring charge at your plan's interval, which the terms give as every four weeks or every calendar month. Tyde may raise the membership fee with 30 days' email notice. So the figure you are quoted on the consult is a recurring membership, and if it is billed every four weeks that is 13 charges a year, not 12.

Cancellation is reasonable by this category's standards. You can cancel from the patient portal or by emailing team@tydewellness.com, as long as the request lands before the renewal date. Requests received on or after the renewal are applied to the next cycle. Refunds after a renewal are at Tyde's discretion and may be reduced by card fees, medication already ordered, and prior-authorization work. All dispensed medication is final. On the Transform plan, if Tyde helps you seek insurance coverage and it is denied, you can ask for the membership fee back, minus a $50 prior-authorization fee.

Who can order

The states-we-serve page lists all 50 states by name. Washington, DC is not on the list. The home page and the copy on the weight-loss page are written for women, and the About page describes the practice that way, though nothing on the site says men are turned away. The site doesn't publish a BMI cutoff or an eligibility list; the FAQ answer to "Am I a candidate?" is collapsed and the quiz is the route to an answer.

How the intake works

Tyde is unusual in offering a free consultation before you pay anything. You can book that directly, or take the online quiz and submit an intake. A licensed clinician reviews the intake within 24 to 48 hours, which is slower than the under-24-hours most competitors promise. If you qualify, the prescription goes to one of the five named pharmacies and ships to you.

After that the program is more hands-on than a typical prescription-only site: weekly check-ins through the portal, dose adjustments in real time, nutrition and exercise plans, and maintenance programs once you reach your goal. Support is by email and a listed phone number in the 617 area code. The customer reviews on the site name a Dr. Kelly repeatedly, so a patient appears to get a consistent clinician rather than a rotating queue.

What we'd want changed

Publish the price list. A "starting at" figure with a three-tier membership behind it is the kind of thing that makes people wary of telehealth weight loss, and it is at odds with a home page that promises "transparent cash-pay options" and "no surprise fees." We would want the monthly price for each tier and each strength on the page, and a note on whether it is billed monthly or every four weeks.

The 24-to-48-hour review is slow for the category, and a page that says "cancel anytime" should mention the renewal-date cutoff and the discretionary refund next to it, not three clicks away in the membership terms.

Bottom line

Tyde is a coaching-first program with named pharmacies, a free consult and a real clinician relationship, aimed at women. If that support is what you want, it is a credible choice. If you are shopping on price, the $149 and $249 floors tell you very little; get the actual tier price in writing on the free consultation before you enroll, and ask whether it is billed every four weeks.
