What you're buying

Ondra Health sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, and nothing else. There is no oral tablet, no brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound, and no add-on peptides. The clinical side is run by Wasef Health, PC, a Florida medical group whose medical director is named on the page with his NPI, and the site is careful to say Ondra itself does not prescribe anything.

What sets Ondra apart is how much it tells you before you pay. The pharmacies that fill the prescription are named on the product page: Hallandale, Vials RX and Boudreaux for semaglutide, with Apothecary Pharma and White Label added for tirzepatide. You pick the pharmacy at checkout. Each pharmacy's formulation is described too. Vials RX adds vitamin B12, Boudreaux and Vials RX add glycine as a stabilizer, and Hallandale ships plain semaglutide with no additives. Very few GLP-1 sites let you choose the vial that way.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

The price is the same at every dose, so what you pay depends only on how long a plan you commit to. When we read the pricing table in August 2026, semaglutide was $149/mo billed monthly, $113/mo billed quarterly ($339 every three months), $108/mo on a 6-month plan ($649 paid up front), and $96/mo on a 12-month plan ($1,149 paid up front). Tirzepatide ran $219/mo month-to-month, $183/mo quarterly ($549), $167/mo on 6 months ($999 up front), and $142/mo on the 12-month plan ($1,699 up front).

The headline on the home page is the $96 and $142 figures, and it pays to notice those are the annual prepay. If you are not ready to hand over $1,149 or $1,699 in one charge, the real month-to-month numbers are $149 and $219. Those are still competitive, and the price includes the provider visit, the medication, syringes and free shipping. There is no membership fee.

Refunds are strict. Once a provider has approved the prescription and sent it to the pharmacy, every charge is final, medication included. If the provider turns you down before that point you can get money back. Subscription cancellations only stop the next renewal, with no proration for the unused part of a cycle.

Who can order

Ondra says its provider network is licensed in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Most patients start without a video call, but some states require one. On the FAQ, DC, Louisiana, Mississippi and Puerto Rico always require a phone or video visit, and Arkansas, Georgia, New Mexico, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia require one for the first appointment. Kansas patients need a visit for every treatment.

The catch is on the plan terms, not the states. Monthly and quarterly plans are available everywhere, but the 6- and 12-month plans are only offered through Hallandale and Vials RX, and one pharmacy option on the semaglutide page lists nine states it cannot ship to, California, Michigan and Massachusetts among them. You can still order from one of those states, but you may not get the cheapest rung, so check the state page before you get attached to a price.

How the intake works

The intake is a short online health form the site says takes about three minutes. A provider at Wasef Health reviews it, and Ondra promises a reply in under 24 hours. If you qualify, the prescription goes to the pharmacy you selected and the vial ships in two to three business days with free shipping. You are charged only if the provider prescribes.

After that, dose changes and messaging run through a patient portal. We did not see published support hours; there is an email address, care@ondra.health, and the refund policy asks you to use it within 24 hours for a damaged or missing package.

What we'd want changed

The pricing table is honest but the home page headline is not the number most people will pay. Leading with $96/mo, when that rung means prepaying $1,149 up front and is not even available in every state, is the same move every other GLP-1 site makes, and Ondra is better than that on every other page.

The refund terms are harsher than the friendly tone suggests. No proration, no refund after the pharmacy has the order, and a 24-hour window to report a damaged box. That is common in this category, but on a 12-month prepay it means one bad batch of side effects in month two leaves you holding ten months of medication you cannot return. We would like to see a partial-refund path for the long plans.

Bottom line

If you want to know exactly which pharmacy compounds your vial and what is in it, Ondra is the clearest site we have read. The month-to-month prices, $149 for semaglutide and $219 for tirzepatide, are fair for a flat rate that never rises with the dose. Take the annual plan only if you have already tolerated the medication somewhere else, because that $1,149 or $1,699 is gone the moment the pharmacy gets the order.
