The Desk · Price-ordered ranking · Updated September 2026
The cheapest GLP-1 providers, sorted by price, nothing pinned.
Every provider below publishes a real monthly price. This is the one ranking on the site with no editorial thumb on the scale — sorted lowest to highest, funded placement or not. Cheapest is not automatically best; the Desk Score is still printed on every row.
Only flat month-to-month figures compete for “cheapest” here — a from-price, a first-month or promotional rate, a prepay or annual-plan rate, a dose-tier price and any fee that is not the drug are held out and named as such.
Lowest verified price, ascending
15 providers publish a real price, of 542 scored. Assume any provider we list may compensate us — see our disclosure. Order here is price only; it is not adjusted for that.

Cheapest GLP-1, answered
- What is the cheapest GLP-1 provider right now?
- Lean Meds has the lowest verified price on this site, at $79/mo, a flat month-to-month rate on whichever of its two molecules is cheaper. Only flat month-to-month figures compete for “cheapest” here — a from-price, a first-month or promotional rate, a prepay or annual-plan rate, a dose-tier price and any fee that is not the drug are held out and named as such. The full published price is printed on every row below rather than just the headline figure, and 215 providers whose only figures carry a condition are listed under the ladder, not ranked in it.
- Is the cheapest GLP-1 provider automatically the best one?
- No. This ranking is sorted by price only — nothing else. A provider can publish the lowest number and still score lower on our six-factor rubric for state access, licensing or support. Check the Desk Score printed on each row, or start from the ranking on /best/semaglutide or /best/tirzepatide if factors beyond price matter to you.
- Why is GLP-1 so expensive without insurance?
- Brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro list at roughly $1,000+/mo in the US without insurance coverage. The providers here are largely dispensing compounded versions through licensed pharmacies — a different, cheaper supply chain, not a discount on the brand-name drug. See our explainer on what compounded GLP-1 actually is before choosing on price alone.
- How is this site different from the Desk Score rankings?
- Our other rankings (/best/semaglutide, /best/tirzepatide) rank on six weighted factors and place partners first, per our disclosure — placement moves, the score never does. This ranking does neither: it is sorted strictly ascending by lowest published price, and that order is not adjusted for who compensates us.
// Our other rankings
- Best GLP-1 for weight loss, overall — not filtered by molecule — Desk-Score ranked, with a look at which top entries let you access both drugs from one account.
- Best semaglutide providers — ranked on all six factors, partners placed first per our disclosure. Start here if price is not the only thing you care about.
- Best tirzepatide providers — the stronger-average molecule, Desk-Score ranked.
- Cheapest tirzepatide, by price — and cheapest semaglutide, by price — the same price-only sort, split by molecule instead of pooled.
- Every ranking we publish — the index, grouped by what you came to find out.
Before paying anyone on price alone, read how to tell if a GLP-1 provider is legit, and see what the gap between compounded and brand-name actually buys you in compounded vs brand-name GLP-1. You can also compare any two providers head-to-head.
Pricing reflects each provider’s public disclosures at last check and changes — confirm on the provider’s own site. This page is informational and not medical advice; compounded medications are not FDA-approved brand products. See our medical disclaimer.
