How the Desk is funded

GLP-1 Desk is an independent, reader-supported research publication. We score GLP-1 telehealth providers and earn a referral commission when readers sign up with some of them. We think transparency about that arrangement is non-negotiable — so here is exactly how it works and exactly where it stops.

Our revenue model

Certain providers are affiliate Partners: if you click through to their site and enroll, they pay the Desk a referral commission. You pay the same price either way — the commission comes from the provider's marketing budget, not from you. Providers labeled Editorial have no commercial arrangement with us. We score them because an independent desk that only covers paying partners is not independent.

The firewall: money vs. the Desk Score

The Desk Score is computed from six weighted factors applied identically to every provider (see the methodology). A commercial relationship cannot move the score by a single point. What an affiliate relationship can affect is promotional emphasis — a featured placement, a highlighted dispatch, editorial spotlight copy. That emphasis is always labeled Partner. The score is editorially independent; the emphasis is commercially disclosed.

Who we are

GLP-1 Desk is operated by an independent publisher. We are not a pharmacy, a prescriber, or a telehealth company. We hold no relationship with any provider beyond standard affiliate agreements. We do not cover every GLP-1 provider — only those we have actively researched.
