What you're buying

Bodybuilding Health+ is the telehealth arm that trades on the Bodybuilding.com name; the operating company on the footer is Dynamo Group LLC of Boca Raton, Florida. It sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, and beside them the menu you would expect from that brand: NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, a GHK-Cu skin peptide, tadalafil, and a "Prescription Peptides" line the site marks as new. There is no brand-name GLP-1 and no oral tablet.

The medical side is outsourced. The footer says prescriptions come from independent licensed providers whom Dynamo does not employ, and medication is filled by "FDA-registered" partner pharmacies that are never named, although the same paragraph says you may specify a licensed pharmacy of your own. The site's own FDA language is honest: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not approved by the FDA and have not been evaluated for safety, effectiveness or quality.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

Semaglutide is straightforward. When we read the GLP-1 page in August 2026, the plan picker showed $179/mo for one month, $159/mo on a 3-month bundle ($477 billed once), $149/mo on 6 months and $139/mo on 12 months, and the home page card printed the same ladder. The one-month figure is labeled "$179 first month" beside a struck-through $279 under a "$100 OFF — First Month" badge, and no page says what a second month bills. Then there is a fourth number: the site's own checkout page for a one-month semaglutide supply printed $129 beside a struck-through $199 the same day. Three surfaces, three different one-month prices, none of them reconciled.

Tirzepatide is where the site contradicts itself outright. The home page card shows a normal descending ladder, $209/mo for one month down to $179/mo, $169/mo and $159/mo on the 3-, 6- and 12-month bundles, each badged as a saving. But the GLP-1 page's product card says "$286/mo on 3-month bundle," and the checkout pages charge exactly that shape: $209 for one month (struck $319), $859 for three months, which is $286 a month, and $1,500 for six months, which is $250 a month, against a struck-through $2,508. The 12-month tirzepatide checkout page does not exist. So the bundles the checkout actually sells cost more per month than paying monthly, while the home page advertises the opposite. We publish the month-to-month $179 and $209, the only figures every surface agrees on.

The terms are blunt about money. Medical consultation fees are not refundable, prescription products cannot be returned, and all sales are final. The header banners say "No Monthly Membership" and "Cancel Anytime," and the intake says no commitment until a provider approves you, which is the most reassuring line on the site: nothing ships, and nothing is prescribed, until an independent provider signs off.

Who can order

The site says only that it serves the United States. There is no list of states, no note on which states require a video visit, and no statement about where the partner pharmacies can ship. You must be an adult, and the questionnaire at start.bbhealthplus.com is a 17-step assessment that opens by asking your weight-loss goal. We stopped there.

How the intake works

You pick a molecule and a supply length on the GLP-1 page, then start the assessment, which the page says takes two to three minutes. An independent licensed provider reviews it and, if appropriate, writes the prescription; a partner pharmacy fills it and ships to your door. The GLP-1 page describes the plans as "flexible dosing" but does not say what strength the first month is or how titration is handled.

Support is an email address, support@bbhealthplus.com. No phone number, no hours, and no patient portal is described beyond a login link. The site's 4.5-star claim rests on "1,500+ ratings" whose source is not given.

What we'd want changed

Make the tirzepatide numbers agree. A home page that advertises $159/mo on a 12-month bundle while the checkout charges $286 a month for three months is not a rounding difference; it is two different products with the same name. Either the descending ladder is real, in which case the checkout should sell it, or it is not, in which case the card should come down. Until then a reader who trusts the home page will pay more than they were shown.

Say what month two costs. "$179 first month" beside a struck $279, a separate checkout page at $129, and a $100-off badge that does not arithmetically produce either number leaves the renewal price as a guess. One sentence, "then $X a month," would fix it. Naming the pharmacy and listing the states served would take another two.

Bottom line

On semaglutide, Bodybuilding Health+ is a fair deal: $179/mo month-to-month, and a genuine $139/mo if you prepay a year, with a consult that costs nothing unless you are approved. On tirzepatide, the $209/mo one-month rung is fine, but do not buy a bundle until the site's home page and its checkout say the same thing, because as of August 2026, they do not, and the checkout is the one that charges your card.
