What you're buying

Peak Wellness sells two products: compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, both weekly injections. There is no oral route, no brand-name lane and no add-on menu. Every plan is all-inclusive — the medication, all injection supplies, provider oversight and support, priority support and free expedited shipping — with the price flat at every dose, so titrating up does not change what you pay.

The disclosure here is better than the marketing around it. Peak names four compounding pharmacies in its FAQ, with addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and websites for each: Emerald Compounding Pharmacy in Tampa, Epiq Scripts in Richardson, Texas, Southend Pharmacy in Houston, and AbsoluteRX in Lutz, Florida. It also names its provider group — Dr. TelX — and says every prescription is reviewed by a certified obesity medicine physician within 24 hours. Naming four pharmacies and the medical group is the kind of thing a reader can go and check, and most sellers in this category will not do it.

Syringes are included, and there is a dose assistant inside the patient portal that walks you through administering the shot and how much to draw for your specific plan. HSA and FSA funds are accepted, and payment plans are offered.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

The pricing panel has two tabs, and the site opens on semaglutide, so it is easy to read half the ladder and leave. Reading both in August 2026: compounded semaglutide is $179 for the first month with no commitment and $249/mo after that, $199 a month on the three-month plan, or $165 a month on the six-month plan. Compounded tirzepatide is $279 for the first month and $349/mo after that, $279 a month billed every three months for a total of $837, or $232 a month billed every six months for a total of $1,397.

So the two numbers that matter for anyone not committing are $249 and $349 a month, and those are middle-of-market rates for an all-inclusive plan with supplies and provider support included. The advertised numbers are not those. The top banner says "Start For Just $179!", the hero says "Get 2 Months of GLP-1 FREE", and the FAQ repeats "Get started for just $179 including medication, shipping, and ongoing care" — all of which describe a first month, after which the rate rises by $70 a month on either molecule.

The six-month framing is "Get 6 months for the price of 4". On the tirzepatide tab that roughly holds: four months at the standing rate would be $1,396, against the $1,397 total the plan charges up front. On the semaglutide side the hero claims "$498 savings", which is close to the $504 you would save against six months at the standing rate but is not the same number, and the plan card beside it says "Save $150 vs monthly" for the three-month plan, which is the saving over three months rather than the year.

Cancellation is genuinely easy and stated in the FAQ: cancel any time, no contracts, no cancellation fees, and you can pause, skip or cancel through the portal or by emailing support@trypeak.com, with changes taking effect at the next billing cycle. What the FAQ does not say is what happens to the unused months of a three- or six-month plan you have already paid for, which is the one refund question a prepaid plan raises.

Who can order

All 50 states. The FAQ answer is direct — "Peak Wellness serves patients in all 50 states. Our telehealth services and partner pharmacy network are available nationwide" — and the four named pharmacies across Florida and Texas make the logistics of that plausible rather than aspirational.

The clinical gate is where this site says least. There is no body-mass-index threshold anywhere on the page, no contraindication list, no minimum age, and nothing about which states require a live video visit rather than an asynchronous review. The pre-approval promise is "Get pre-approved in just 90 seconds", repeated three times, which tells you how light the screening feels before a physician sees the file.

How the intake works

Peak lays the timeline out step by step, with times attached, which is unusual and helpful. In the next 90 seconds you answer questions about your health and goals to see whether you qualify. Within four hours a certified physician reviews your profile — the site is emphatic that it is a physician and not an algorithm, and says most people hear back in under an hour. In 48 to 72 hours your treatment ships from a state-regulated pharmacy in discreet packaging, with medication, supplies and instructions in the box.

After that, support is ongoing check-ins, dose adjustments and portal tracking tools, and Peak says its clinical team responds in hours rather than weeks. There is no phone number on the site; support is the email address and the portal.

What we'd want changed

Put the standing rate in the banner. "Start For Just $179!" runs across the top of every page and "Get started for just $179" is the answer to the insurance question in the FAQ, while $249 a month is what the plan actually costs from month two. The pricing card is honest about it — it says "$249/mo after" right below — so the site already knows the number; it just will not lead with it.

Then open the tirzepatide tab by default, or show both. A pricing panel that renders one molecule's ladder and hides the other behind a tab means a reader comparing tirzepatide across sellers will see $179 and $199 on this page and carry the wrong figures away. And publish what happens to the balance of a prepaid three- or six-month plan when someone cancels — "cancel anytime, no cancellation fees" is a promise that means something quite different against $837 or $1,397 already charged.

Bottom line

Peak Wellness is a strong, plain, all-50-states option with better supply-chain disclosure than most of the category: four named pharmacies with full contact details, a named provider group, physician review inside 24 hours, shipping in 48 to 72 hours, and a price that does not rise with the dose. Budget $249 or $349 a month rather than the $179 in the banner, and treat the prepaid plans carefully, because the site is silent on what a mid-plan cancellation returns.
