What you're buying

Peter MD is a men's health clinic that happens to sell GLP-1s, not a weight-loss clinic that happens to sell testosterone. The same login carries injectable and oral testosterone, HCG, sermorelin, NAD+, thyroid treatment, phentermine, finasteride, erectile-dysfunction products and a lab panel, and the two GLP-1 lines sit inside that menu rather than above it.

The weight-loss half is two products. The first is sold as GLP1 + B12, a compounded semaglutide injection with vitamin B12 added, prescribed by a clinician and compounded by licensed pharmacies. The second is a compounded tirzepatide vial listed as Tirzepatide 60mg, a once-weekly injection. There is no brand-name Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro or Zepbound anywhere, no oral or sublingual GLP-1, and no microdose line.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

The semaglutide page is the clear one. It prints two tiers side by side: Level 1 at $149/Month with a $447 Total, described as an estimated 10 to 12 week supply and designed for first-time users, and Level 2 at $139/Month with a $834 Total, an estimated 8 to 12 week supply for current or returning users. Read those two lines together and something does not add up. The cheaper monthly tier carries nearly twice the total for a shorter estimated supply, because $447 is three months at the first rate and $834 is six months at the second. The page never says that, so the two totals sit there contradicting the supply lengths printed directly beneath them.

The tirzepatide page has gone the other way. It shows a single figure, $647, on an add-to-cart button, with no rate per month, no term, and no statement of how long the vial lasts. Where the supply length should be, the page says only that the period your medication lasts will be determined by the dose you are prescribed. You cannot compare that to anything without knowing whether the charge covers four weeks or twelve.

Peter MD publishes no refund policy, no cancellation policy and no billing schedule. We read the full terms and conditions and found no clause covering any of the three, which for a clinic taking several hundred dollars in one charge is a real gap. Checkout also pushes add-ons, including an HCG vial at $301 as a one-time charge with a warning that it costs $412 as a later charge.

Who can order

Peter MD does not publish a states-served list. What it publishes is exclusions, per product, and they differ: the tirzepatide page says Alabama and Idaho, the semaglutide page says Alabama, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii. Whether you can order depends on which of the two you want, and neither page tells you what happens in the other's excluded states.

The terms this clinic distributes to its marketing partners carry a wider exclusion list than either product page does, adding several more states depending on the treatment. We would not treat the two published lists as the whole picture, and neither should you.

How the intake works

Both product pages state that a doctor appointment is required before medication ships, which puts Peter MD in the minority of compounded sellers that will not write a first prescription from a form alone. The purchase includes the medication, injection supplies, shipping, the telehealth appointment and dietician guidance, and the vial must be kept refrigerated.

The pharmacy question has a real answer here, which is rarer than it should be. Section 23 of the terms is headed Pharmacy Disclosure and names two: Absolute Pharmacy in Lutz, Florida, and Partell Pharmacy in Las Vegas, Nevada, each with a street address and a phone number. Neither is described as a 503A or 503B facility, so no certification is being claimed, but you can look both up. Section 24 then says prescriptions are sent to a pharmacy of the patient's choosing, which is a different arrangement from the two named ones, and the terms never reconcile the two sentences. Support runs by phone and email from an address in Vero Beach, Florida.

What we'd want changed

The claim we like least is on the tirzepatide page: people on tirzepatide lose an average of 26% of their weight in a year. The asterisk beneath it points to three 68-week trials of patients who reached and maintained a 2.4 mg weekly dose, which is the semaglutide dose from the semaglutide trials. A footnote that describes a different medicine is not support for the headline it hangs from, and this is compounded tirzepatide, which has not been through any of those trials.

The patient counts do not agree either. The home page says over 400,000 patients served; the tirzepatide page invites you to join more than 1,500,000 weight-loss patients. Both cannot be right. We would also want a stated term on the tirzepatide charge, a published refund and cancellation policy, and the supply arithmetic on the semaglutide tiers fixed or explained.

Bottom line

Peter MD is worth a look if you want testosterone, peptides and a GLP-1 on one account and you accept a compounded injection as the only route. The semaglutide entry point is genuinely cheap and the two dispensing pharmacies are named, which most of this market will not do. But the tirzepatide page has stopped saying what you are buying, the marketing arithmetic does not survive a careful read, and there is no published policy for getting your money back.
