What you're buying

MyDrHank runs a wide catalog — weight loss, longevity, peptides and NAD+, sexual health, hair growth — and the weight-loss line is unusually complete: a compounded semaglutide injection, a compounded tirzepatide injection, an oral semaglutide tablet, a variant of that tablet combined with a low dose of ondansetron aimed at the nausea most people meet during titration, and a rapid-dissolve oral GLP-1. A real oral option within a few dollars of the injection, and an anti-nausea formulation on the menu at all, is a genuine point of difference.

The injection now comes with a formulation choice the product page presents up front: semaglutide with B-12, or semaglutide with glycine. MyDrHank explains the B-12 rationale at length. What it does not do is name anything else. There is no named pharmacy, no named prescriber and no named medical director — the product page says only that the medication is "compounded in an FDA-registered U.S. pharmacy" and ships temperature-controlled. Earlier research on this seller recorded three specific pharmacy names; none of them could be found on the site today, so none is credited here.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

Every price MyDrHank advertises is the cheapest rung of a four-term ladder, and the month-to-month rate is displayed nowhere in the marketing. That is not an inference. The site's own code builds its price component by taking the minimum per-month figure across the term ladder and printing it as "From" plus that figure plus "/mo" — so the advertised number is the annual-prepay rate by construction, on every product, with nothing on the card saying so.

The catalog behind it is complete and we read it directly in August 2026. Compounded tirzepatide: $349 a month billed monthly, $890 a quarter which is $297 a month, $1,602 for six months which is $267 a month, and $2,883 for a year which is $240 a month. Injectable compounded semaglutide: $259 a month billed monthly, $660 a quarter or $220 a month, $1,189 for six months or $198 a month, and $2,140 for a year or $178 a month. Oral semaglutide: $249 a month billed monthly, down to $2,057 for a year or $171 a month. Those figures are identical to what we read three weeks earlier, so the ladder is stable even though the headline never shows the top of it.

The lander leads with "Start for just $171/mo" and shows "STARTING AT $171/MO" and "STARTING AT $200/MO" on its cards. The first requires $2,057 paid up front for a year, and it belongs to the oral product rather than to the injection the card sits above; the semaglutide injection's own yearly rung is $178 a month. The second is worse: the footnote says "Plans start at $171/mo for compounded semaglutide and $200/mo for compounded tirzepatide," and no tirzepatide plan is priced at $200 a month at any term — the four real figures are $349, $297, $267 and $240 a month. The FAQ compounds it by calling the prepay figure a plan with "no contract."

One more oddity sits in the catalog itself. The rapid-dissolve oral GLP-1 lists a monthly total of $399 against a per-month figure of $329, and a quarterly per-month figure of $339 — so its "monthly" rate is internally inconsistent and its quarterly rung is dearer per month than its monthly one. Whichever of those is a typing error, it is being served to shoppers.

Who can order

MyDrHank publishes no served-states list on any consumer page. The exclusions we can document come from the affiliate terms rather than from anywhere a shopper would look: Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Dakota and West Virginia. That is 44 states, which is wide coverage — the criticism is not the reach but that a patient in Kansas has no way to learn it from the site.

No minimum age, body mass index rule or live-visit requirement is published either. Screened against the FDA warning-letter database, this company has no letter against it, and nothing on the row should imply otherwise.

How the intake works

Three steps: a five-minute questionnaire, review by a licensed U.S. provider, then shipping from an FDA-registered pharmacy with free delivery. The consultation is free and no insurance is required, so you can reach a decision without paying — better than the sellers that take the card first.

Ongoing care is described as a dedicated clinical team with regular check-ins, dose adjustments and unlimited messaging, all included. Support hours, a phone number and a named medical director are absent. A patient portal is linked in the footer. Because dosing is priced per product and per term rather than per milligram, titrating up costs nothing extra — the surcharge that catches people out at several competitors.

What we'd want changed

Show the whole ladder on the card, or show the monthly rung. The mechanism here is not a rounding error or a stale page; it is a function that deliberately prints the cheapest term as the headline. A shopper comparing "From $171/mo" against a rival's plain monthly rate is comparing a year paid in advance against a month, and MyDrHank's own product pages do carry the full ladder further down — so the honest number is one scroll away from the dishonest one.

Then delete the $200 a month figure. An advertised price that is purchasable at no term is the sort of thing that turns a pricing complaint into a credibility problem, and it has survived three weeks and a bundle rebuild. Fix the rapid-dissolve tablet's monthly total while you are in there, and publish the six excluded states where patients can read them.

Bottom line

MyDrHank has the broadest weight-loss menu we cover — injection, oral, and an oral built around nausea — with no dose surcharge, a free consultation and a clean regulatory record. The real month-to-month costs are $259 a month for the semaglutide injection, $349 a month for tirzepatide and $249 a month for the oral, which places it among the dearer compounded desks rather than among the cheap ones. If you will genuinely prepay a year, $178 or $240 a month is competitive. If you will not, ignore every price on the front of this site and read the ladder.
