What you're buying

yourEra sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, and around them a small longevity menu: NAD+ injections, a "microdosing protocol" built on the same two GLP-1 molecules, and an at-home lab and coaching membership called YourEra Optimum that the site labels "coming soon." There is no brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound and no oral tablet. Everything ships from what the site calls a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy; the pharmacy itself is never named.

The pitch is one flat program. The home page promises the same price at every dose, the telehealth visit and prescription included, no insurance needed, free shipping and unlimited messaging with the care team. The footer disclaimer is unusually direct for this category: it says plainly that compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not the same as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound and have not been reviewed by the FDA. The clinicians are described only as a 50-state licensed network; no medical group or medical director is named anywhere we could find.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

The public site prints exactly four prices, all of them floors. When we read the home page in August 2026, the product cards said "Semaglutide GLP-1 from $79/mo," "Tirzepatide GLP-1/GIP from $159/mo," "NAD+ Anti-Aging from $249/mo" and "Microdosing Protocols from $179/mo." That is the entire published price list. No page says what plan length the $79 or $159 belongs to, whether it is billed monthly or as a prepaid block, or which dose it covers, and the word "from" is doing a lot of work. The pricing page and the weight-loss page both return a not-found error.

The real plan price lives inside the intake. The "Get Started" buttons go to intake.yourera.com, and the first screen asks for your weight-loss goal and shows no figure at all. We did not go further, because the next screens want health information. The terms of use fill in the shape of the deal: purchases are on an automatically renewing subscription, charged "at regular intervals as described for that product or service during the checkout process," and you see one combined total that bundles the provider visit, the medication and the pharmacy charge. So the number you will actually pay appears at checkout, after the questionnaire, and nowhere before it.

Refunds turn on one event. If the pharmacy has not started processing the order, you can email support for a full refund. Once the pharmacy has begun preparing, compounding or dispensing, no refund is issued, shipped or not, because yourEra says it has already been invoiced by the pharmacy. The FAQ says you can pause or cancel from the patient portal at any time with no long-term contract, and that many members pay with HSA or FSA funds.

Who can order

yourEra says its clinician network is licensed in all 50 states, and the FAQ says a licensed provider in your state reviews the intake. That is the whole of the state disclosure; there is no list of states that require a phone or video visit, and no list of states a particular pharmacy cannot ship to. You need to be an adult, and the site says the quiz and a clinician decide whether treatment is appropriate, adding that if you are not the right fit they will tell you.

How the intake works

The process is the standard three steps. You take the intake quiz, which the home page says takes about five minutes and covers your health, history and goals. A licensed provider reviews it and, the site says, builds a plan "around your body, never a template." If prescribed, the medication ships from a U.S. pharmacy in discreet packaging with injection supplies included.

After that, everything runs through a patient portal at portal.yourera.com: dose changes, messaging, pausing and canceling. Support is a single email address, support@yourera.com, with no published phone number or hours.

What we'd want changed

Print a real price. "From $79/mo" with no term, no dose and no billing cycle is a headline, not a price, and the fact that the number you pay is only revealed after you have handed over your medical history is the opposite of the "transparent out-of-pocket payment" the FAQ promises. Every competitor we rate above yourEra tells you the month-to-month rate before the quiz. yourEra should put the plan grid on the home page.

Name the people and the pharmacy. The clinicians are "a licensed provider," the pharmacy is "a licensed U.S. pharmacy," and the results banner (a 13.6 percent average loss, "100% lost weight") is self-reported member data with no denominator. Those claims would carry more weight beside a medical director's name and an NPI, which better sites in this category publish as a matter of course.

Bottom line

yourEra is a clean, well-built storefront with a flat-price promise and a fair refund line, but as of August 2026, it publishes only floors: semaglutide from $79/mo and tirzepatide from $159/mo, with the plan you would actually buy hidden behind the intake. If those floors turn out to be the month-to-month price it would be among the cheapest programs we track. Until the site says so, treat them as the best case, not the bill.
