What you're buying

He & She MD is a general telehealth clinic with a weight-loss line that is broader than most: compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, both molecules again as a daily oral, and brand-name Ozempic and Zepbound for people who want the FDA-approved product. The medical group is named in the FAQ, Wasef Health, PC, under Michael Wasef, MD, and so are the two pharmacies: Specialty Medical Drugstore LLC, trading as GoGoMeds, and F&F Pharmacies Inc, trading as Jungle Jim's Pharmacy in Fairfield, Ohio.

That candor creates the site's strangest sentence. The same FAQ says Jungle Jim's holds licenses in 44 states, is not licensed in California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia or Delaware, and "cannot dispense sterile compounds." Injectable GLP-1s are sterile compounds. The site never says that GoGoMeds fills those, so a reader in Texas has to infer it.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

The product pages now print a full plan table. When we read the semaglutide injection page in August 2026, it said 1 month $249/month, 3 months $219/month, 6 months $199/month and 12 months $99/month; the tirzepatide injection page said $339, $309, $289 and $159 on the same rungs. Each rung is a single purchase of that term, so the $99 and $159 figures the cards on the weight-loss page lead with mean paying for twelve months at once, and the page footnotes say exactly that: "Price for purchase of 12 months supply." The oral versions run $209 a month and $269 a month on the 12-month purchase, and the brand lane is $1,299 a month for Ozempic and $1,399 a month for Zepbound, again on the annual footnote.

The home page sells a different cut of the same prices. Its "GLP-1 Platinum" blocks advertise injectable semaglutide at $199 with a $139 promo, and tirzepatide at $289 with a $199 promo, and the footnotes explain that the promo rate runs for the first six months, after which the plan "renews at the regular 6-month price" of $1,194 for semaglutide, which is $199 a month, or $1,734 for tirzepatide, which is $289 a month. So the headline on the home page is the six-month block, the headline on the product page is the twelve-month purchase, and the month-to-month rate, $249 or $339, appears only in the product table. We publish the month-to-month figure and name the rest.

Every plan includes the medication, supplies, expedited shipping and provider messaging, with the same price at every dose and no membership fee. You are charged only if a provider prescribes. The terms are less generous after that: membership fees already paid are non-refundable, though you can delay a billing date or switch to "on-demand" to stop auto-renewal. Insurance is not accepted.

Who can order

The FAQ says GLP-1s ship to every state except Louisiana. The shipping policy on a separate page says shipping is available in "47 continental US states," excluding Hawaii and Guam, and "not available in New Jersey, Mississippi or Alaska." Those two statements cannot both be true, and the site does not say which one governs a GLP-1 order. PO boxes are not accepted. Telehealth visits are offered only where the providers hold licenses, which the site does not list.

How the intake works

You take a five-minute medical quiz at join.heandshemd.com, a licensed U.S. physician reviews it, and if appropriate the prescription is approved and shipped from one of the two pharmacies by FedEx or UPS with tracking, typically in three to five business days. The FAQ says you pay nothing if you are not a candidate. Afterward you get unlimited clinician messaging, 24/7 support and an app with progress tracking.

One thing to know before you rely on the phone: the terms of service tell you to cancel "by calling us at [INSERT CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE]," a placeholder nobody filled in. The working route is the email, support@heandshemd.com, or your account page.

What we'd want changed

One price story, told once. As of our read the site has three: a twelve-month purchase on the cards, a six-month block with a promo on the home page, and a full table on the product page where the month-to-month rate finally appears. A reader who saw "$99/month" and then "$199/month" for the same semaglutide injection has been told two things without being told why. Lead with the table on every page.

Fix the state contradiction and the pharmacy gap. "All states except Louisiana" and "not available in New Jersey, Mississippi or Alaska" need to be reconciled, and since the site has already named a pharmacy that cannot dispense sterile compounds, it should say which pharmacy fills the injections in the ten states that pharmacy does not cover. And fill in the phone number.

Bottom line

He & She MD is one of the few sites that names its doctor, both pharmacies and a real plan table, and its long-term prices, $99/mo for semaglutide and $159/mo for tirzepatide on a twelve-month purchase, are among the lowest we track. The month-to-month rates of $249/mo and $339/mo are not. If you are new to the medication, start on the one-month plan and move to a block once you know your dose.
