What you're buying

REMEVi is a compounded GLP-1 telehealth service built to run in English or Spanish end to end, which is its whole pitch. The intake, the medical history forms, the dosing instructions, the patient portal, billing messages and the care coordinators are all available in Spanish, with native speakers on the care team. It is the only GLP-1 seller we have read that is fully bilingual rather than translated as an afterthought.

The medication lineup is compounded semaglutide as a weekly injection or a daily oral tablet, and compounded tirzepatide as a weekly injection. No brand-name products. The pharmacies that fill the prescription are named on their own page with cities: RedRock in St. George, Utah; Health Warehouse in Florence, Kentucky; Precision Medicine in Bellmore, New York; and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama. Your vial label carries the pharmacy's name. The page also explains a detail most sites skip: multi-month plans ship every four weeks rather than three months of vials at once, so nothing expires in your refrigerator.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

The price is flat at every dose, and REMEVi makes a point of it, with a comparison on the pricing page showing competitors that start at $99 a month and climb to $297 a month as the dose rises. When we read the pricing page in August 2026, semaglutide injections were $219/mo month-to-month, $189/mo on a 12-week plan, and $179/mo on a 24-week plan. Oral semaglutide was $349/mo monthly or $309/mo on 12 weeks. Tirzepatide was $319/mo monthly, $249/mo on 12 weeks, and $229/mo on 24 weeks. Everything is included: the clinical review, medication, shipping, coaching and the bilingual support line. No membership fee, no lab fee.

There is a small inconsistency. The FAQ gives the 24-week tirzepatide rate as $199 a month in one answer and $229 a month in another; the pricing page says $229, and that is the page you check out from, so it is what we publish.

Billing is a subscription. Cancellation is free at any time, but the refund policy requires the request at least 72 hours before your billing date; miss that window and the next cycle is charged, with the cancellation applied to the one after. Monthly plans are not refunded for the month you cancel in. If you prepaid two or more months, you get back the months for which no medication shipped. A full refund applies if you cancel within the first 72 hours before receiving anything, or if the provider disqualifies you. REMEVi also offers a results guarantee: if you followed the plan and did not lose at least 5% of your starting weight, it says it will reimburse the medication cost.

Who can order

REMEVi serves all 50 states plus Washington, DC, with the same price everywhere. You do not need a prior prescription, a referral or an in-person visit; labs are optional and can be uploaded if you have them. The intake asks about pregnancy, thyroid cancer history and current medications, and the provider can decline. Insurance is not billed; HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

How the intake works

The intake takes about five minutes in either language. A licensed clinician in your state reviews it within 24 hours and either approves, asks follow-up questions through the portal, or explains why the medication is not a fit. Approved prescriptions go to the pharmacy licensed for your state, which fills within one to two business days and ships in insulated packaging with tracking. The site's own estimate from intake to doorstep is three to four days.

After that, the provider reviews your case monthly and adjusts the dose; the care coordinators answer by phone and text and, per the FAQ, respond within two hours. Support hours on the refund page are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern.

What we'd want changed

The 72-hour cancellation rule is the sharp edge. "Cancel anytime, two clicks" in the FAQ and "72 hours before your billing date or you are charged again" in the policy are both true, and only one of them is on the page where you sign up. We would put the notice period next to the price.

The entry price is also higher than the teaser-led sites, and REMEVi knows it; the pricing page is built around the argument that a flat $219 a month beats $99 a month that becomes $297 a month by month three. That argument holds if you titrate up. If you stay on a low dose, a competitor's starting rate may genuinely be cheaper, and the site does not say so.

Bottom line

REMEVi is the clearest option we have found for a Spanish-speaking patient, and a strong one for anyone who wants a price that will not move when the dose does. At $219 a month for semaglutide and $319 a month for tirzepatide, with 24-week plans at $179 and $229 a month, it is not the cheapest first month on the market, but the named pharmacies, the four-week shipping rule and the results guarantee are things the cheaper sites do not offer.
