What you're buying

Trimi sells two things, compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, and nothing else; the FAQ makes a virtue of that, saying the company focuses only on GLP-1 weight management rather than bundling it into a broader subscription. There is no brand-name lane and no oral tablet. The clinical side is Arora Health, a 50-state medical group whose medical director, Dr. Sean Arora, and chief medical officer, Dr. Shannon Arora, are named on the home page with profile pages.

The pharmacies are named too, which is what most sets Trimi apart. The medication is compounded by VialsRx, a Texas-licensed 503A sterile compounding pharmacy whose license number is printed on the page, and by GreenwichRx, and the site says a certificate of analysis is available on request. The FAQ even publishes the titration schedule the clinicians follow, the standard FDA-label ramp from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg of semaglutide and 2.5 mg upward for tirzepatide, which no other site in this price range spells out.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

The price is flat at every dose and depends only on how long a plan you buy. When we read the semaglutide treatment page in August 2026, its table said $175 billed monthly with no commitment, $435 billed every 3 months (which is $145 a month), $720 billed every 6 months ($120 a month), and $1,188 billed once yearly, which is the $99/mo the whole site leads with. Tirzepatide ran $235 month-to-month, $597 every 3 months ($199 a month), $1,050 every 6 months ($175 a month) and $1,500 once a year for the advertised $125/mo.

Notice what the headline is. "From $99/mo" on the home page, "$125/month on the annual plan" on the product card, and "Save $912 vs monthly" all describe the twelve-month prepay. The month-to-month rate, $175 for semaglutide and $235 for tirzepatide, is in the table two clicks in, and it is still competitive; we publish it as the price because it is what a first-time patient should buy. The FAQ says only the monthly tier can be stopped at any cycle; the other three are term commitments. A promo page adds "$50 off your first month with code 50OFF." Payment can be split through Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay, and plans are FSA and HSA eligible.

Refunds turn on one moment: whether a clinician has signed the prescription. Before that you can cancel for a full refund with no fees, and if the clinician declines you, you get everything back including the consultation fee. After the prescription is issued the order is final, compounded, shipped or not. A damaged or missing package must be reported within 24 hours. On top of that sits a six-month money-back promise: follow your plan for six months and, if you have not lost weight, Trimi says it will refund the plan fees you paid it, with "terms apply" doing unspecified work.

Who can order

The states page lists all 50 states plus DC at the same price, and says a provider licensed in your state issues every prescription. The FAQ is more careful, saying Trimi operates "in most US states" depending on its provider network and that availability is confirmed during the assessment before any payment is taken. We read that as a 50-state network with the honest caveat that a given state can be short a provider on a given day. You must be an adult, and the site does not accept insurance.

How the intake works

The intake at app.trytrimi.com opens with your weight-loss goal, and its progress bar shows the order of operations plainly: Start, Goals, Checkout, Medical, Finish. You pay before the medical questionnaire, which is consistent with the refund policy's promise of an automatic full refund if the clinician says no. A licensed provider reviews the case, and the medication ships free overnight from the pharmacy.

Support is described as unlimited and around the clock through the account, with messaging to the care team included in the plan price. The site does not publish a phone number or support hours.

What we'd want changed

Lead with the monthly price. "From $99/mo" is a $1,188 annual prepay that becomes non-refundable the moment a clinician signs the script, and the site's own refund policy makes that risk larger for the twelve-month buyer than for anyone else. Trimi's month-to-month rates are good enough to advertise; putting $175 and $235 on the home page next to the annual figures would cost it nothing but a headline.

Spell out the money-back promise. A six-month guarantee is a real differentiator, and it currently rests on "Terms apply" and a paragraph that says the refund covers "plan fees you paid Trimi," which may or may not mean the pharmacy portion. A worked example would settle it.

Bottom line

Trimi is the rare cheap program that also names its doctors, its pharmacies and its titration schedule. At $175/mo for semaglutide and $235/mo for tirzepatide month-to-month, flat at every dose with free overnight shipping, it is a fair place to start, and the $99/mo and $125/mo annual rates are among the lowest we track for a patient who already knows they tolerate the medication. Buy the monthly plan first; the annual one is final the day it is prescribed.
