What you're buying

Eden sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections and, on the same grid, the four brand-name GLP-1s at cash prices. Everything runs through an Eden Membership, which is not optional — the footnote says it plainly: "Medication is not available without a membership." What the membership buys is a personalized treatment plan from a licensed provider, a custom dosing schedule, shipping through a state-licensed pharmacy and unlimited 24/7 messaging with a care team.

Around the weight-loss line Eden has built out a wider business — sermorelin, an oral sermorelin tablet, NAD+, hair, mood, and its own pharmacy, health club and meal service. The clinical voice on the page is Dr. Rebecca Emch, Eden's VP of Pharmacy Operations. Eden is candid that it is a platform: it connects patients with licensed providers who prescribe through state-licensed pharmacies, and it says the FDA does not review or approve compounded medications, in those words, several times per page.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

The advertised number is $99/mo for compounded semaglutide and $199/mo for compounded tirzepatide, and the asterisk beside both is the whole story. Read in full in August 2026: "Price includes medication only, if prescribed. An active Eden Membership is required ($39 for the first month, auto-renews at $99/month thereafter). Membership does not include or guarantee a prescription. Medication is not available without a membership. Membership fee is not included."

So the real month-to-month cost is $198 for semaglutide and $298 for tirzepatide, and the first month is $138 and $238 because the membership opens at a discount. Eden does not sell a quarterly or annual tier, which is unusual and, on balance, in the patient's favor — there is no prepay to regret. The price is flat at every dose under a "Same Price at Every Dose" policy, with the caveat that it may not apply during promotional periods.

The brand lane is billed monthly at Ozempic $1,399/mo, Zepbound $1,399/mo, Mounjaro $1,399/mo and Wegovy $1,695/mo. Those are well above what the manufacturers charge cash patients directly, so the brand grid is best read as a convenience rather than a price. Shipping is free and expedited, plans are FSA and HSA eligible, and buy-now-pay-later is offered at checkout.

Who can order

Eden answers this in one line and repeats it across the treatment pages: "We are currently able to serve GLP-1 programs to all 50 states." The compounding network is described the same way — "pharmacies licensed in all 50 states that hold special accreditations and go through extensive vetting processes" — though no individual pharmacy is named.

There are no in-person visits at any stage; the FAQ says the entire experience, from quiz to consult to delivery, happens online. Insurance is not accepted and not needed, but HSA and FSA cards work for most visits and prescriptions. Providers are a national network of licensed doctors and nurse practitioners, described collectively rather than individually.

How the intake works

Three steps. You complete a short form and meet a licensed medical provider entirely online, who decides whether a treatment plan is right for you. If you qualify, the prescription ships free to your door. After that it is regular check-ins and on-demand support, with providers free to adjust the medication or the dose if progress stalls — and the FAQ says explicitly that a dose change costs nothing extra.

Cancellation is self-serve from the patient portal with no fees and no long-term contract, and Eden is careful to flag the one thing people get wrong: canceling in the portal does not cancel an order already sent to the pharmacy, and a pending order needs an email to care@eden.health. Published support hours are not on the pages we read; the FAQ promises 24/7 messaging.

What we'd want changed

The $99 headline is the problem, and it is a solvable one. Eden requires the membership, so the membership is part of the price; splitting it into a footnote makes a $198 program look like a $99 one against competitors who quote all-in. Eden does the honest version of this in the footnote — it is complete, it is on every page, and it is legible — but the number on the card is still not a number anyone pays.

The other thing a reader should know is not on the site at all: the FDA issued Eden Health International Inc. a warning letter in June 2026, which is public in the agency's warning-letter database. Nothing on Eden's own pages mentions it. We would also like at least one pharmacy named. Eden describes its network's accreditations at length and then tells you nothing you can check.

Bottom line

Eden is a strong month-to-month option with no prepay trap, real brand access on the same account, a dose-flat price and cancellation that actually works from a portal. Budget $198 a month for semaglutide or $298 for tirzepatide and the offer holds up on its own terms; read the $99 card as the medication line on a two-line bill, and check the warning-letter record for yourself before you decide it does not matter to you.
