What you're buying

Nouri sells one thing it calls The Program: a compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide injection, a personalized nutrition plan and a movement plan, bundled at a single price with no add-on tier. The framing is deliberately upmarket — "the medicine of a private practice," "care as a daily practice, not a transaction" — and the site leans on ritual and discretion in a way none of its competitors do. Underneath the styling it is a compounded GLP-1 subscription with coaching included, and Nouri is straightforward that compounded therapies are not FDA-approved.

The disclosure is unusually complete for this category. The telehealth entity is Nouri Health Inc. The clinical care comes from Wasef Health, PC, care of Michael Wasef, MD, at a named Pinellas Park, Florida address with a public contact email. The pharmacy is named too: F&F Pharmacies Inc., trading as Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, a 503A compounder at 5484 Dixie Highway in Fairfield, Ohio, with a phone number. A peptides line is marked as coming soon. Nothing here is brand-name, and there is no oral option.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

The pricing card publishes three cadences rather than a single teaser, which is the improvement we most wanted from this site. In August 2026, compounded semaglutide was $175 a month billed monthly, $145 a month on the three-month plan at $435 every three months, and $120 a month on the six-month plan at $720 every six months. Nouri describes the six-month option as "how Nouri is designed — the full titration arc, at the best per-month price," which is at least an honest reason for a discount rather than a countdown clock. The price is flat at every dose: "any dose, same price," with no consultation fee and no dose surcharge.

Tirzepatide is the gap. The FAQ says it "starts at $175/month ($1,050 every six months)," and the page's hero repeats "FROM $175/mo" for it — but the three-cadence card would not switch to the tirzepatide side for us, so the three-month and month-to-month tirzepatide rungs are not readable. That means the only tirzepatide figure Nouri publishes is a six-month commitment, and anyone who wants to try it for a single month has no idea what that costs until checkout.

The refund position is the best in this comparison and worth reading closely. The Nouri Promise gives you 30 days and a full refund — "every dollar back" — but only on the three- and six-month plans, only for first-time members, one per person or household matched by email, phone and shipping address, and only if you request it within 30 days of your first delivery. It does not apply to the monthly plan. That is an odd inversion: the plans that carry the most money up front are the ones protected, and the low-commitment option is the one with no guarantee.

Who can order

Nouri says it serves adults in all 50 states, and the footer repeats it. Some states require a live video visit before a prescription can be written, and Nouri does not list them — the FAQ says only "in some states, a video visit is required." That is the same gap this site had at our last read, and it is the one disclosure the company has not improved.

Eligibility is decided by a licensed provider during the online evaluation rather than by a published threshold; the FAQ says plainly that not everyone qualifies. Nouri is cash-pay and is not billed to insurance. Klarna is offered at checkout, so any installment figure you see there is financing rather than the medication price.

How the intake works

Three steps, with times attached to each: a questionnaire Nouri puts at five minutes, a clinician review within 24 hours, and The Program beginning within three days, with the therapy shipped and the nutrition and movement plans arriving by email. Shipping is free, expedited and in discreet packaging. If you are switching from another provider, the FAQ says you can share your history during the consultation and be continued at an equivalent dose if the physician agrees, which spares you re-titrating.

The weight-loss page carries a medical-review byline and a reviewed-on date, plus six real citations to the STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-1 literature — a level of sourcing almost nobody else in this category bothers with.

What we'd want changed

Publish the tirzepatide ladder the way the semaglutide ladder is published. Quoting $175 a month for tirzepatide when that figure is a six-month commitment worth $1,050 every six months, while the identical $175 a month for semaglutide is the no-commitment rate, is a genuine trap — the same number means two different things on the same page depending on which molecule you clicked.

Then extend the Promise to the monthly plan, or say why it does not apply. A 30-day money-back guarantee that excludes the cheapest way in is a guarantee aimed at converting people to a longer commitment rather than at protecting a nervous first-timer. And list the states that require a video visit; every peer that has done it has spared its patients a wasted intake.

Bottom line

Nouri has gone from one of the least transparent sites we track to one of the most: named entity, named physician, named 503A pharmacy, a published three-rung ladder, a real refund guarantee and cited literature. Semaglutide at $175 a month with no commitment, dropping to $120 a month if you pay $720 every six months, with nutrition and movement coaching included and no dose surcharge, is a fair price for what is bundled. Tirzepatide is the one to be careful with, because the only figure published is a six-month one.
