What you're buying

Livv sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, inside a much larger telehealth catalog that also covers longevity, hormone therapy, hair, sexual health, pain and general wellness. The GLP-1 line is two products, both injectable — there is no oral or sublingual route and no brand-name lane. Alongside them sit rapamycin, metformin, methylene blue, NAD+ and glutathione, so this is a longevity storefront that happens to prescribe GLP-1s rather than a weight-loss clinic that added extras.

The subscription includes the provider consultation, the medication, the supplies, shipping and unlimited follow-up messaging, and Livv states that all dosage strengths are priced the same, so titrating up does not raise the bill. Tirzepatide is offered in 2 mg, 3 mg and higher strengths. What the site does not do is name the pharmacy: the phrase everywhere is "licensed U.S. pharmacies", with no compounder, no city and no license number, and no medical director or prescribing clinician is named either.

The corporate name on the footer is Livv Care, support runs through support@joinlivv.com and a phone line at 888-491-1070, and the treatment portal is where dose changes and messages live.

What it costs (and how it's billed)

The product pages publish the whole ladder, which is the right thing to do, and the pages that link to them publish only the bottom rung, which is not. Reading the plan selector in August 2026: compounded semaglutide is $159 a month on the monthly plan, $145 a month on the three-month plan and $135 a month on the six-month plan. Compounded tirzepatide is $239 a month on the monthly plan, $219 a month on three months and $199 a month on six months. Each product page then repeats those three numbers in its own cost answer, so there is no ambiguity about what the ladder is.

The weight-loss category page, meanwhile, advertises semaglutide "Starting at $135/month" and tirzepatide "Starting at $199/month", and never says those are the six-month rungs. Those are the figures a shopper sees first and the ones we found quoted back at us from the home page's cross-links. If you sign up for one month, you pay $159 and $239.

Two stale numbers are still live inside the same pages. One panel on the semaglutide page says "Our semaglutide starts at just $197 per month" and adds that a dose of 1.7 mg a week or more costs "an additional $200 per month" — which directly contradicts the same page's "All dosage strengths are priced the same". The tirzepatide page carries the twin of it, "Our tirzepatide starts at just $297 per month", and one of the home page's product cards prices tirzepatide at $249 a month. That is four different tirzepatide figures on one site.

Billing is a true auto-renewing subscription. Livv charges one day before each cycle begins, renews even if you have not completed the check-ins needed to keep the prescription active, and asks you to cancel at least two days before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep receiving that cycle's medication. Refunds are "not typically offered", though partial refunds may be given at Livv's discretion for a portion that was never dispensed. Nothing can be returned once shipped, even unopened, and replacement claims must reach support within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging, the vial and the lot number.

Who can order

Livv says GLP-1s are not available in all 50 states and then lists the ones they are: the tirzepatide page names 44 states plus Puerto Rico, leaving out Alabama, Arkansas, California, Indiana, South Carolina and West Virginia. That is a real, checkable list, and publishing it is better than the vague "most states" line so common here.

The two lists do not agree with each other, though. The semaglutide page's version of the same paragraph omits Mississippi, so on one product page you are covered in Mississippi and on the other you are not. You must be an adult, an online consultation is required before anything is prescribed, and a provider decides whether treatment is appropriate — a prescription is never guaranteed.

How the intake works

The eligibility check is a short online questionnaire the site says takes about two minutes, and the promise beside the button is the one that matters: no charge unless approved. A licensed provider evaluates your history, and if treatment is appropriate you get a plan, the medication shipped from a US pharmacy, and unlimited messaging with follow-ups and dose adjustments through the portal.

There is also a 30-second matcher that recommends a starting product if you are unsure which molecule to ask about. Shipping is free on every plan. What the site does not publish anywhere we could find is how long approval takes, how long delivery takes, or what hours support keeps.

What we'd want changed

Advertise the monthly rate on the pages that sell the click. "Starting at $135/month" on the category page is a six-month commitment dressed as an entry price, and the honest version of that sentence — $159 a month with no commitment, less if you commit — is on the product page one click away and does Livv no harm at all. The gap between the two is the single worst thing about an otherwise clear site.

Then clean out the leftovers. A page cannot say "All dosage strengths are priced the same" in one panel and "a higher dose is an additional $200 per month" in another; a site cannot price tirzepatide at $199 a month on one page, $239 on another, $249 a month on a third and $297 a month on a fourth. And name the pharmacy. Livv publishes its state list, its billing terms and its full price ladder, which is more disclosure than most of this category manages — leaving the compounder anonymous is the one gap that does not fit.

Bottom line

Livv is a competent, well-documented telehealth storefront with genuinely mid-market GLP-1 pricing: $159 a month for semaglutide and $239 a month for tirzepatide with no commitment, flat at every dose, consultation and shipping included. Read the product page rather than the category page, because the marketed figures are the six-month rungs, and do not take the leftover panels seriously — the plan selector is the part that will charge your card. If you want the compounder named before you buy, look elsewhere.
