Rehydra+ Review: A 6-Month Non-Cancelable Contract

Rehydra+ Wellness (rehydraplus.com) sells 23 products from an ordinary web store: compounded GLP-1 in one-time supply packs and in subscription tiers, a wide peptide shelf, NAD+, and testosterone. We checked it in August 2026. Its regulatory record is clean. We would still tell most readers to walk away, and this review exists to explain exactly why rather than to leave the company uncovered.

The term that decides this review

Every GLP-1 membership Rehydra+ sells is valid for six months and explicitly non-cancelable. That phrase appears on two independent surfaces — the memberships page and each product page — in the company's own words.¹

That changes every advertised price into something else:

Semaglutide Tier 1 advertises $119 a month. The real minimum purchase is $714. Tier 2 advertises $169; the minimum is $1,014. Tier 3 advertises $229; the minimum is $1,374. Tirzepatide Tier 1 advertises $169 for a minimum of $1,014, Tier 2 advertises $289 for a minimum of $1,734, and Tier 3 advertises $419 for a minimum of $2,514.¹

There is no month-to-month membership rung anywhere on the site. "Rehydra+ from $119/month" is a number you cannot buy for one month, and a reader who signs up expecting to try it and stop has committed to at least $714 before the first vial arrives. Cancel-anytime terms are the single feature this network most consistently tells readers to check for, and it is worth understanding why: an untried medication with a well-documented discontinuation profile — see GLP-1 side effects — is precisely the kind of purchase you want an exit from.

What you can buy without the contract

The one cancel-anytime purchase is a one-time supply pack, priced by weekly dose and supply length. Semaglutide runs $149 for four weeks at 0.25 mg, rising to $289 at 2.5 mg; twelve-week packs run $399 to $749. Tirzepatide runs $219 for four weeks at 2.5 mg to $649 at 15 mg, with twelve-week packs from $569 to $1,419.²

Note the unit. "Duration" here is supply length, not a billing cadence. The four-week pack is simply the smallest thing you can put in the cart, and buying one is a purchase rather than an enrollment.

The catalog is the second problem

Rehydra+ sells testosterone as a normal cart item at $399 for ten weeks. It also sells BPC-157, a BPC-157 and TB-500 stack, KPV, MOTS-c, sermorelin, tesamorelin, GHK-Cu and two blend products — and it sells BPC-157, KPV and tesamorelin in oral form as well as injectable.

Oral bioavailability for those peptides is not established. Selling an oral route for a compound whose absorption has not been demonstrated is a catalog decision that tells you something about how this operator evaluates its own shelf. Separately, that peptide set is the same restricted-compound group currently under active federal compounding review, which is why this network is not building buying guides around it.

What the site does not tell you

The pharmacy is never named — only "our pharmacy partner". Three clinicians are named, John H. Hamilton, MD as medical director, Angie Tuzson, NP and Jared Folwell, MD, but no NPI is published for any of them, so none can be checked against the national registry.

The About page says the company serves patients in 20 states. Those 20 states are never listed anywhere on the site. The only state list that appears is a checkout dropdown containing all 50, which is not a served-states list.

The company also displays a certification badge. On sites where that certification is real, the badge is served from the certifying body's own image host with a unique seal identifier. Here it is a self-hosted image file in the site's own uploads folder, linking to a keyword search rather than to a certificate. We could not verify the claim, and we are recording it as unverified rather than as false.

Financing is offered through a buy-now-pay-later provider, with a 2.99 percent processing fee on credit-card down payments disclosed only on the payment-plan page. Prescription and compounded medications are not returnable or refundable once shipped, and because this is a cart, you pay before a provider reviews you — the refund policy does not clearly address what happens if you are not approved.

The regulatory screen

The trading name and the legal entity both returned zero company-column matches in the FDA's live warning-letter index in August 2026, in a pass whose positive control correctly returned a known 2026 letter for an unrelated seller.³ That is a real clean result and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It is also not the question this review turns on: nothing about the six-month non-cancelable term is unlawful, and that is precisely why a reader has to catch it themselves.

Where it lands

If you want compounded semaglutide from Rehydra+ and you understand that a membership is a six-month commitment you cannot exit, the one-time supply packs are a legitimate way to buy without that commitment, and $149 for four weeks at the starting dose is not a bad number.
